IDEAL FRANCHISEE PROFILE

• Proven hospitality experience (food service, including QSR, CDR or fast-casual, preferred)
• Multiple restaurant development plan (minimum of four restaurants)
• Minimum net worth of $5 million (depending on Development Plan)
• Minimum liquidity of $5 million (depending on Development Plan)
• Compatible core values
• Proven track record of operating in hospitality systems
• Infrastructure dedicated to support development
• Local knowledge and expertise in the areas of consumer preferences, real estate, government regulations, labor, and distribution
• Agreeable to Area Developer and Franchise format: No initial sub-licensing

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURES

• Completed Franchise Inquiry form
• Comprehensive detailed 5-year business plan
• Current financial statements
• Prior 3-year financial statements
• Credit, business, and personal references
• Balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statement per existing units
• Completion of franchise documents and process as required for applicable country's
• Satisfactory P&L for first restaurant and satisfactory restaurant-level profitability for restaurants within country/territory
